  • Full vendor management — research recommendations to bookings and communications

  • Up to 3 site visits for layout and flow planning

  • Full wedding design support — theme, color palette, rentals, florals, and overall aesthetic

  • Design mockups and vendor collaboration (florist, rentals, signage, etc.)

  • DIY Sourcing - finding decor elements that fit your theme & budget

  • Creation of your full wedding day timeline (minute-by-minute breakdown)

  • 1-hour rehearsal coordination (day before or as scheduled)
